There are many differences
In us humans
Some are tall
Some are short
Fat, skinny, black or white.

We all have good times
And bad times
Not one person is always
Happy or sad.

We are not only different on the outside
But on the inside too
We have different hobbies
And interests

I know many people my age
Who enjoy the same things I do
But not one of them
Are exactly like me

Setting aside all the differences
That we humans have
With one another
Brings us to another fact

We are more alike,
Than we are unalike

Life and death
Happiness and sadness
Love and heartbreak

Everyone goes through it
So doesn’t that make us all equal?
One person is not better than another
Because…..
