Another Sunken Ship

The sky was moonless
Only illuminated by the stars
As the ship sails toward the great mountain of ice
It is completely unaware of its imminent danger.

The man in the crows nest looks all around
But he can’t see the ice until it’s too late
He rings the warning bell and yells
“ICEBURG AHEAD!”

The man steering the wheel tries to turn the ship
But it is too big
It turns only slightly
But still rubs along the burg.

For hours people are panicking
They don’t know what to do
When the lifeboats start to go into the water
Everyone runs to get onto one.

The boat starts to go down
And people start to jump off
For they know that there is no hope
For the boat named Titanic.
