Unseen Affection

He loved her; she had no clue.
They were just friends, or so she thought.
As she laughed with other friends,
he gazed at her discretely from across the room.
If only I could tell her.
One day, he did.
A simple kiss on the forehead made her realize.
He is everything she’s ever wanted.
