Fear

On this feeling I feed
At last on one knee
The feeling of anguish and fear
Words of death is all I hear
When my heart beats faster
Causing my mind disaster
I try to reach for the light
But I’m trapped in the night
My bran shakes in terror
At what I’ve seen, in horror
Why does it have to be this way?
Is that all I can say?
