Politicking

Debates in Congress
forces many lawmakers to play,
as hearings in the Senate
drive an end to bipartisanship
with the Pentagon,
becoming more militaristic.

Police forces are militarizing
as hearings increase in Congress,
and people scramble in the Pentagon.
Debates are little more than playing
while fewer proposals are bipartisan
that pass the floor of the Senate.

Politicians sit in debate in the Senate
on police militarization,
while proposals fail to be bipartisan
people march outside Congress,
protesting the playing
as military officials leave the Pentagon.

Silence falls over the Pentagon
as people crowd into the Senate
to watch the playing
pressuring more militarization.
Sending more troops to Congress
to regenerate bipartisanship.

As the government return to bipartisan proposals
with the Pentagon
and Congressional
leaders meeting in the Senate
to debate militarization
and the playing.

Decreases in the playing
leading to greater bipartisanship
to limit militarization
requiring leaders of the Pentagon
to meet with members of the Senate
in the Congress.

As militarization decreases, so does the playing.
Congress passing more  proposals that are bipartisan
and the Pentagon agrees with the Senate.
