Promise
Two beautiful faces standing before the wide gates
Holding hands while walking to their designated place
They decided to take it together
Promised but they can't trust each other
They know that they are not ordinary
With textbooks in their bags with full force they carry
They don't mind what others might say
But they're extremely happy under the light shade of gray
Until one time they can't hold it anymore
He felt that he was pushed back into his inner core
She just frowned in a way of disbelief
The bell rang, both of them take a sigh of relief

This is my first piece and I was inspired to write something about what I feel. My family is whom I want to dedicate this poem because they are the reason why I'm inspired to write.
