Born to a mother but where's my dad//

He wasn't there for me or my mom. Man that dude bad//

Then he just pop up when i'm like 7 or 6//

Like he got a magic wand so he could fix//

Everything make up for the missed moments in time//

But I guess I take after my mom cause I didn't give him a chance in time//

But I guess I matured and became a person all my own//

At 13 I gave him another chance but kept caution like a hazard cone//

But he just proved my previous instincts right//

So from that time on I shut him out like the light is shut out by night//

I had moments where I would daydream about the day we would fight//

But that was all in my head, but my heart wanted something else//

It wanted a father who was just like a father and nothing else//

Someone who could help me not to stray and to find myself//

But as time went on I found I could do that by myself//

But as a support beam my mom was there//

But I would think you would be ashamed that she did a better job than you could ever do. The mere//

Fact that you wasn't there when I was born shows me that you don't care//

But you know what Pauline taught me she always says "It takes a bigger man to apologize"//

So you know what I forgive even though the way you treat us is like we poop with flies//

Before I knew of your existance I used to say to my stepfather "I hope he dies"//

Do you know how much hate has to be in a little kid's heart to wish death upon a man. Well you will.//

Even though I didn't love him in the short time I knew him he did a better job than you ever will//

But i'm done talking down about you this way//

But I've jus been holding this in way too long. So sooner or later I was going to have to say//

What was on my mind. So god says "Love All Men" so that's what ill do//

But I love you for 1 reason and that is showing me I don't want to be a father like you//
