Oh mountain, oh mountain, please show me the way

There aren't enough hours in the day.

No enough to decipher your hidden codes

Along these old abandoned roads.

I have journeyed long and journeyed far

Following that bright Northern star

I've come to a crossroad, don't know where to go;

Two paths lie before me, which will lead me to where I can grow?

Oh mountain, oh mountain, I'd hate to be wrong

Give me a hint, a tip, can you sing me your song?

I want your words to guide me, let them show me the light;

I am struggling please, send me a white knight.

My feet are sore, my spirit is tired

My soul is losing its everlating fire.

I am crumbling into pieces like a jigsaw in a pile;

I'm a mess, I know, it's kind of my style.

Oh mountain, oh mountain can you answer my prayers?

I've changed, I swear, I'm an onion losing its layers.

One foot in front of the other, just keep swimming I chant;

I'm climbing higher and higher, I'm nearing the end of my rant.

To the top, to the top, I wish to go

For the world, if they're ready, I have a show.

My dream was to climb, not so the world could see me;

But so I could see she.
