I confess
as much as I try to hide
there are things about me,
you just don’t know.
I laugh when I see people fall,
I cry when I see others cry,
I can’t help it.
I like Brussels sprouts
and I always have.
I don’t like peanut butter
and I never have.
It’s something I was born with.
I get mad when people
don’t use their turn signals.
I hate the noise the car makes
when you forget to put your seatbelt on.
Sometimes, I just can’t help it.
