there is no future, no tomorrow
there is only now,
and now is emptiness, frustration
and we suffer it alone,
alone without person, place, or thing,
just ourselves within ourselves,
reality is within ourselves
and suffering within ourselves
is all that counts as real.
i am but a man
who suffers alone
and internally
time bears it with me
and only time can tell
the suffering i see.
i am not depressed,
i'm an existentialist.
