“You don't get to choose if you get hurt in this world...but you do have some say in who hurts you." John Green

Her breath as crisp as ice,
Their Childern moving like mice.
Words were never spoken.
Her life, a golden token.
Lies that say the same,
His stories never change.
Their memories never fade.
He said that he would be better,
His lies a flying feather.
They told them they belong,
But two rights equals a wrong.
she thought to write this story,
But It wasn't until it was written,
That all the lies were unhidden.
Soon she realized,
The stories will never lie.
Things will stay the same,
Unless you demand a change.
She wanted to learn how to breath,
Her life closing around her.
She unplugged what was contained,
Releasing him down the drain.
