So I’ve come to the conclusion
A conclusion that will rely
Rely on how faithful your word is
Your words that could make me fly
Fly with you and never fall
Never fall in to despair
Despair that would take me away
Away into the night
A night dark and cold
Cold without your warmth
Your warmth that protects me
Protects me from anything with harm
Harm that no longer concerns me
Concerns are don’t bother me
Bothering me is not knowing what you think
What you think is what I want to know
I want to know what is true
True to your word I would like
I would like that but is it possible?
Possible for me to believe what you say
You say I make you happy
Happy is what I want
What I want is the truth
The truth overwhelms me
Overwhelms me with a shot of a future
A future with you to stand by
Stand by tall and forever ill never fall

I like it but the lack of punctuation or clarity of thought progression makes this poem much like a stream of consciousness ...a little hard to follow, but with a good meaning. If you wish to improve what I consider a very good start, try cleaning up the randomness of thought and add some periods or clear breaks in the phrases. Good job!
