Little blackbird, why are you crying?
All the other little birds are singing
Oh, won’t you come out of the nest,
To see the world at it’s best?

Once upon a time
You sang
You had dreams
Your eyes were as bright as the sky

Dear little blackbird I know its hard
But it’s time to face the world
You must spread your wings and fly
Feel the wind beneath your wings
Feel the sun on your face

Little Blackbird it’s time
To face everything
You can fly into the world
Because you are not a blackbird
You’re a beautiful dove.

I'd like to write screenplays one day, and I know I have the passion, but I fear I don't have the talent. I wrote this poem for no particular reason one day. I hope you liked it.

Your passion colors your writing making it brilliant. Keep writing and one day you will write great screenplays because you do have the talent.
