For Whom Your Pulse Beats

For whom your pulse beats you may not know,
The eyes that you search with will never show.

No matter the strength, it's sure not to slow,
When you see the way you are meant to go.

The one that sets how my pulse beats,
Is the one who gives me the strength to conquer my feats.

My pulse is merely a symbol of what's inside,
The time to explain, all the time I have to bide.

For what is inside me I cannot show,
For what changes my pulse will never go.

The time of sync, just me and you,
The pulse shared, one of the two.

Now our pulse beats as one,
Even when we're gone we will never be done.

So in tough times, continue to believe,
As the pulse stays together, I can relieve.

For now that I know my pulse beats tame,
Now I know for whom my pulse beats is one and the same.

For now I know for whom my pulse is the same,
Leads me to proclaim: my love for you is always explained.

I LOVED it -much depth to the writing. If I were your grandmother, I would be mighty proud. Anxious to see more of your works
