paranoia
Paranoia
Thoughts ran around her mind like a lost puppy
She could not get them out
They screamed, “This is my domain!”
They were engraved into her skull permanently
She sought comfort
She could not find
She could not see or think
Her mind was a blank canvas
Isolated from the world, she waited
Shadows rolled in like the dark fog of death
They forced their way into her mind
Her eyes opened, but she saw nothing
Tears came pouring down like a hailstorm
All she could hear were hushed screams
They echoed in the hallways of her mind
She was mute for all eternity
