Forget the past
Yeah I may not have a clean past
But neither do you
I know that you’re not perfect
So why should I be?
I have fun
So what
It’s a part of growing up
Forget the mistakes
I’ve made plenty
And so have you
It’s a part of life
Get over my mistakes
I’m tired of my past
Mistakes affecting this
Forgive and forget
That’s what Jesus said
I’ll always have those burdens
But you know what?
I will embrace them and move on
Cause its’ my past mistakes
So get over it!
