Unconscious Symphony
The crowd flows through huddled halls and somber slate walls,
As the city darkens, as the dawn highlights the gleaming roofs,
The shadowed walls, as the dawn brings shades of life to the monochrome city.
The crowd streams up stairs and through plazas,
It pours through the monotonous streets unending.
Each soul following its own sacred music,
Together a symphony of loves and hates, of hopes and fears.
The dreamer, the worker, the lover coalesce in this saga,
Each word oblivious to the sum, to the narrative they blindly write.
As they march through their distant lives,
As the crowd flows up stairs and through plazas.
