Demon

Demons in my head
forced to think about
the one I love dead.
dead not from reality
but
dead from emotion
no longer the person
I fell in love with,
but
a souless demon
of perpetual sorrow
wondering until the
light of tomorrow
he told me
"Forever my love I shall
"cherish you"
Now he says
"Forever I shall watch
you perish"
"Till the light of tomorrow"
"more like the"
"Darkness that Misery"
"Follows."
As the Demon in my head
continues you to chant
"Why aren't you Dead!!!!"
I grab a gun
and
put it to my Head
as I take my last breath I begin to Cry
I ask myself
???Why?Why?Why???
"Because my love"
The Demon reply's
"I cant love you"
"if I'm not next to you"
"I hate you cuz im forbidden to date you"
"And"
"I dont wonder in sorrow"
"becuz"
"I know you'll be here"
"Tomorrow"
"So I guess I am your Demon"
"of the Night"
"But remember I just pushed you"
"further from the light!!!!"
So on the night of her
Death
her Final card was Delt.
But for the first time
since her loves
divine
she felt their fingers
intertwine
"Allas our love is true"
"And I"
"Will Never Let"
"Another Demon Harm You"
"Forever you are Mine"
"And"
"Forever our fingers shall stay"
"Intertwined"
If you really mean Forever
Then say you'll try.
"NEVER SAY"
Forever cuz Forever makes me cry.
"Then I will try"
"Becuz the last thing"
"I wanna do is make you Cry."

But having seen enough
To know you dont want to be a part of it......

Wow, his was amazing! It is rare that I happen upon a poem that interests me, but this poem is of wonderful timing, length, and sorrow. The story is clear, as is the picture you get from it. It is a truly rare write, for it is one of few that are truly and utterly astounding. I hope so very much to be able to read more of your work soon.
