London Bridge is falling down,
That's how the song goes.
London Bridge is falling down,
But why? Nobody knows.
The queen asked the people,
If anybody knew,
But the citizens lied,
So the architect got sued.
"But my bridge was perfect!"
The architect objected.
But the judge wouldn't listen,
his appeals were rejected.
When the sentance was to be given,
The lights all went dim.
They tried to find the architect,
But they found no sign of him.
So,
London Bridge is falling down,
falling down, falling down.
London bridge is falling down,
My fair lady.
