Typical
Walking through the halls of school,
I close my eyes for I feel a fool.
I feel my highschool dreams are crushed.
Thrown in the toilet and flushed.
I feel as if everyone looks at me in shame.
As if they have me to blame,
for their lives not being the best.
As if mine is better than the rest.
Then, I count my blessings, put everything aside,
for i might have forgotten where i reside.
I open my eyes for a I feel I have shifted.
As if all my troubles suddenly uplifted.
I will wake up tomorrow a new kid.
I will dismiss my sorrows in a big container,
locking the lid.
