I’m going to…

Sit in class

Eat lunch

Try not to sound like them,

And then I’m going to walk home

…and think about you.

And I’m going to think about violins.
Violins and you.
Because violins are beautiful, and I don’t care if they’re clichéd.

Soaring violins. The ones that back up songs when the music swells.
Even though they’re not “cool,” it’s not “cool” to feel emotions, even (or maybe especially) for me.

And then I’ll think about songs that describe this, and I’ll cringe (the shame of being a music snob) because the particular song that describes this situation best… let’s just say it’d be a sin to quote it here. Violins are one thing, but this is shameful, even if you are more than I bargained for, yeah.
And then, for some unconnected reason, I’ll think about the word “annex.”
Annex: to add to something that was already whole, already complete. Nonetheless, the annexed part “finishes” it. But it was already finished.
It could already stand

(And it did, for a while.)
But maybe it didn’t want to anymore.

I really liked it. I wish they didn't mess up the accents though, it really takes away from what you say, and I can't read the first line.
