Sometimes I think about
why life is so
incredibly cruel.
Why bad things happen
to the most selfless people.
Why good things happen
to the most manipulative people.
Our world has come to a place
where evil shall win out.
So spin your superhero story inside out and upside down.
No one's going to care if Batman's still alive.
We wanna see the Joker's face smiling back at us, cunning and mischevious.
Evil is the name of the game.
And we all gotta play to survive.
