Cold, and
Her face was blank
Sparkle returned to the stars

The Sun glistens
Trying to heat her
Attempting to bring back her joy

As people watch disbelievingly
Turning her grey
Stiffening her more

Its time
No more excuses
Cover her body
Her frozen body
With the warm blanket of earth
Mother Nature protects her now,
