Fear said to me....
Fear said to me...
Fear said to me, “Close your eyes.
You can't stay awake much longer.
Your will to keep your eyes open will soon be taken over by me--Fear.
Come to the darkness where you’ll never know what to expect.”
With a chilling voice, Fear whispered in my ear, “Are you afraid of me?” My skin filled with goose bumps from head to toe.
I could no longer move. Fear was taking over my body.
Tears started to fall from my eyes and down my cheeks.
I wanted to wake up from this horrible nightmare that was taking control of me.
Scream because fear was taking over me each time I closed my eyes. I no longer had someone to rescue me from this horrible pain.
Then I let courage take over me.
Now I look at fear straight in the eyes and say, "I'm not afraid of you.”
Like snow, fear melts from my body—to no longer torture me.
