I let go of you.
And I am happy now.
But I wish I could stop you in the hall,
And tell you what I’ve learned.
So that you would understand, as I have discovered,
To take yourself less seriously,
And allow yourself be loved.
It took me a year to realize.
And it would take me a second to tell you.
But I won’t.
You will discover on your own.
I hope.
