I was raised in a building
and i would her about this preaching
did'nt have a clue of this man
and I would see people give each other there hand.

Having no clue of this teaching
but people would call it preaching
accepting him is the way in
but we would prefer the sin.

Growing up I'd learn a little more
but through the years my feelings tore
pushing myself away from this man
but he was always there holding my hand.

In that book revelation is the end
waiting for this prophecy to begin
angels surrounds through it all
he promised to lift me up when I fall.

People say God is good
nailing him to a piece of wood
he gave his life up for our sin
then why is so hard to let him in.
