As I look into your eyes I see happiness yet sadness

I see you and wonder what you are feeling inside as

The hard day’s work tires you

I long to know what you are doing as I shop for new

Clothes

I wonder what you are thinking as I complain about

Those new shoes I don’t have

I look through my room and see all my possesions

Then I look at your picture and wonder what you

Would love to have

I moan about what I have to do but you work to help

Your family without complaints

You are happy to do what you can around your community

I walk through the busy city and end up only thinking of

You

The fact that all these people have their own problems

Yet they don’t see what I do

I am always saying I want this I want that we all do that here

But really you never say you want anything because you’ve

Never seen what we have

I hope to see you in a way that no one else has to see what

You need in life

To be able to touch your heart and brighten your day

I wish there was so much more I could give you I wish I knew

So much more about you

I long to go to Brazil and meet you hoping I have changed

Your life.
