Words

December 8, 2008

These are the words of humankind
Entwined to day by day
And finds the even stiller-hearted
Stop along their way

They feel the pain of ignorance
Of cruelty, just, and peace
The many times of sacrifice
That nearly never cease

The sad but beautiful, silent song
Of a graceful caged bird
Can tell a story, heard by all
And never says a word

This poem is just kind of abstract, meant to give you a picture of what words can do. That's all.
