What happens to a dream differed?
Does it get lost in the hustle and bustle of the city like a puff of smoke from a cigarette?
Or never fade away like the street lights of the Windy City and then nestle into your mind so you never forget?
Does it bother you like the wailing sirens of a police car?
Or hideaway like the bright and beautiful sun behind the soft white clouds?
Maybe it just stays in your mind comfortably sleeping like a new born baby
Or does it gnaw at your heart until it finally breaks free?
