Dead Seasons

December 3, 2008
By Anonymous

feels like summer's on its way.1
it's mid november almost may.2
you and me playing near the bay3
wouldn't have it any other way.4

wish I could stay today5
but now I see it was never meant to be this way.6
delay your tears as I slowly walk away7
your body is like pray which gradually turns to decay.8

it's finally may9
but all I want is for it to go away10
you left me forever that day.11
killed yourself cause I couldn't stay.12

feels like winter's on it's way.
memories of may beginning to fade.
but still I lay, crying the nights away
wishing you'd come back today.

That is really good...(: I'm just curious, do the numbers have anything to do with the poem?
