Her hands are shaking,
Her head is aching.
Thoughts are pulsing through her mind,
A peaceful place she cannot find.
Long deep breaths is what she needs,
But short forceful breaths is what she recieves.
Her heart starts to beat strong and fast,
She cannot stop the thoughts of the past.
Feelings of anger, hurt and fear,
Reflects in every individual tear.
Thoughts of the past are stuck in her head,
As her sanity dangles from one single thread.
The thoughts of the past have led to today,
Her happiness and hope begins to decay.
Wounds were formed when all had occurred,
Rememberence will stay for the scars have assured.
