Tears Still Appear.

November 24, 2008
By Anonymous

I’m trying to block out what I don’t want to hear.
By turning up the music in my ears.
There is no time, no months, no years.
There are no fears no peers. With music in my ears.
No roads are unclear. My music can steer.
Is that peer pressure I see? Peer pressure I hear?
There’s no need to drink, music’s my beer.
The sirens of pain… So loud...So clear
I can’t hear the siren because music’s in my ear.
I’m trying to block out what I need to hear.
By turning my music up a gear.
But instead of being free of pain, tears and fear.
On my face tears still appear.
