Favorite Quote:
It's in impossibility that miracles exist.

Who are you
When you’re no one else?
Yourself? (Or is that just another phase?)
Who am I
Inside the words
I can’t stop reading on the page?

I’m crazy;
I have voices,
yet I never tell a soul.
They say so much about me
And I let them
Sit and mold
And fall apart when I do
On some distant bleary day
When all the people I have shunned
Can’t take the tears away.

Who am I
When I’m no one else?
Myself? (Or is that really there?)
Who are you
And what am I
And how come I don’t even care

To see the words of another phase --
My life so distant on a page
I never wrote, and no one read
And if I die the words are dead.

I’m crazy;
I have voices,
yet I never tell a soul.
They say so much about me
And I let them
Sit and mold.
They fall apart when I do
On some distant bleary day
When all the people I have shunned
Can’t take the hush away.

Words formed in the quiet
and to it they will return
Of a story never shared
And a girl who never learned.

AWESOME! I love it, although you don't leave me with anything to critique about the poem. If I could, I would recite that as my second poem for Poetry out loud.

Hi Emma! It's Michaela from the library a couple years ago. I absolutely love this poem! It flows perfectly, and it really "hits the spot." I love your use of words, and the organization of it. I say five stars. :D
