Colors are the sound we speak
A mystery of their own
Without them
There is nothing
A whole new world appears
As colors come alive
Each one filled with a new story
Bringing enchantment to life
We breathe in colors
With every motion
Capturing the still life around us
Nothing is ordinary
Each shade being so different
So radiant
Take advantage and explore
Magical things lie ahead
When colors glow adrift
Embrace yourself
For colors are everything we see
Watch them as they change
Fulfilling a new season
A new world

The author's comments:
I was sitting in my classroom and saw all the colors of the autumn leaves falling and got an inspiration to write about colors. I think they are a magical beauty of life and wanted to put them in a piece of poetry
