they say i shouldn't hate you
even though your the worst i've ever met
you were my middle school crush
my knight
romeo
hero
but you spit right in my eye
and you threw the first punch
hit me in the jaw
and broke not my jaw
but my heart
but i spat back
i left then
your not worth that rep
so you fell
realizing how you felt
you hit the ground hard
and now your scarred
sad
and alone
Im good
and maybe i've changed
becaue I now spit back
