Love me anyways

Musician but I suck at math
I know you hate it when
I wear that hat
I never truly found my knack
But you still love me anyways

Never willing to open the door
I know you didn’t know
What you were in for
Never though life could be this hard
But you still love me anyways

Hate to take things out of the oven
Not quite sure I’ll make it to heaven
that’s one day gone and another’s
A comin’
But you still love me anyways

A little quirky meets a lot of
Weird
I love the ease with which you
calm my fears
You know what they say ‘bout
Things you hear
But you still love me anyways

I’ll never be sure how I made it
This far
Glad you never caught me out
That bar
Next time I still won’t think
it out more
But you still love me anyways

I’ll never be where I’m supposed
To be
The rest of the world has yet
To see me
You say you still don’t know quite
Who’d that be
But you still love me anyways

With one foot in and two
feet out
Suppose they never did
quite add
Sometimes I think the
worlds a fad
But you still love me anyways

So maybe I’m a little
strange
If no one was what fun would
That be?
I’m fired up ‘bout things you can’t
See
You know you still love me anyways

this was something that i acually made up in math class. I'm not so good in math so it's always struck me how funny it is to write a funny sort of love poem in my least favorite class!
