"As for me, all I know is that I know nothing." -Socrates

Hair a wreath of flowers
Face like morning dew
Breathing in spring showers
You would never do

Skin cold as ice
Putting out my fire
Your sapphire blue eyes
I longingly admire

Summer brought
A time of warm sunshine
And then fought
For its piece of mind

Fall dotted the land
In specks of red and gold
Give me your hand
Patiently watch the love unfold

Fall and summer
Came to an end
Us contrary lovers
Apart once again

The sun always shone
In both our times
We were never alone
And it was never a crime

Next to each other
Winter and Spring
No more covers
I can finally sing

The song we both know
Spinning in this room
Even if you are snow
And I am abloom

Spring speaking to Winter about their love. Just something I wrote for English class.
