My Girl

October 28, 2008
By David Vigil, Herndon, VA

The scenic symphony of my life's complex melody.

The illumination of this despondent opaque era.

The idyllic figure in a desaturated crumbled photo.

The earliest words of the endearing newborn baby.

The primary thought in good and bad circumstances.

The void of my life that has been filled with adoration.

The whole of my heart that has been pensively given to.

You are... my girl.
