I’m afraid to make a mistake
What will people think of me,
I always want to be known as the best.
Mistakes should never occur when it comes between me and the ball
Why do I care so much?
I want people to notice me as a great player
Not someone who makes idiotic mistakes
If only no one cared whether you made a mistake or not.
Mistakes that I make take me out of the game
I focus on what I did wrong and how much it hurts my team more than it hurts me,
Rather than planning the next play.
Why can’t I over come the feelings of embarrassment
It’s not exactly embarrassment that strikes me its more of the confidence in myself.
