My Personal Hell

October 9, 2008
By J.C. Hiatt, Brandon, MS

I have come from a place
A place that you could not believe
A place beyond your feeling's comprehension
A place only sin and death can achieve

The place is deep under your feet
Far beyond any mans reach
Only death can take you there
In spirit form you enter the boiling layer

I have been given a second chance
Life has been sucked back into me
To get here I was falling up
From the deep pit with a flaming sea

But the place I speak of follows me
Caused by a shattered dream
The dream that once filled my head
Now is a nightmare burning my bed

For the flames to provide so much light
It is so dark where my spirit and it reside
Life corrupted into something horrifying
This place called hell choose me to be beside

Real or fake, true or false?
It's very real. Life is lost.
Memory or dream? Experience or illusion?
All souls enter. Get lost in the confusion.

this is a pretty cool poem but certain parts don't really flow the idea is cool tho if you read it over you'll see certain lines could be changed to make it a lot better
