In my mind
You are mine
Entwined so fine
So fine a knit
You will not unravel
From my weave
I confront the present
With a Kodak of yesterday
Hold it up to your face
So that today is the same
So cheap a blanket
Vile sham
But that is how
Our past began
I cut you away
So many times
But so fine a weave
You are entwined
