Secrecy

We talk in secrecy
No one knows we do
For if they did it would
Be the beginning of the end
For every day that we talk
We grow stronger in courage
To face those people who
Disgrace our talking and
Our love for one another
Yet as our courage is building
We talk to each other around different people
Who don’t care if we talk
Our bond has grown stronger
Through this period of silence
But that break in the silence
Those moments are the moments
That we treasure the most.

aww, i can ttly relate to that lol...high school is commonly the #1 place for people to spread rumors, or gossip about whos dating who, etc. I've always hated how some are so quick to judge, great work on putting out a better messge through your poem!
