the difficulty when holding the hand that belongs to love.
my fingers crossed with such infinite ideas.
the constant warmth between our palms.
my head against hopeless romanticism.
my eyes fail to look into the eyes of love.
the heart tends to beat faster during upcoming disappointment.
love has caressed my heart through various songs.
my fingers slip from the sweating palms.
the ears have noticed heavy but sorrowful footsteps.
my jaw rests upon the knees that draw close to the chest.
and, i sing the song that love has taught me.
