And the thunderous applause,
It resounds ominously,
As It takes the stage.
Oh, the reform has begun.
And the points will enter the flesh.

A child flies on the wind,
Leaving its creator,
Nothing remains.
Oh, the carnage has ensued.
And the points are entering the flesh.

Wings unfold and are burned,
While sin runs rampant,
Trains are ruined.
Oh, the people have died.
And the points have entered the flesh.

And we have becomeā€¦

My piece is about the state of America today and what we have learned to accept as politics.
