The Military Man was sent on his Mission
He meant to see the world
He wanted to get married to Peggy
In a nice church in some nowhere town
But he did his duty
And his life ended as quickly as this Poem
Thank you Military Man
Because the people that have those Stickers on their cars
The ones that say "Support our Troops"
They thought you should go over there
Make the sacrafice
Personally Military Man
I'd rather you be with Peggy
In some nowhere town
In the middle of Montana
With a million kids running around Your house
You want to support the troops
Like Military Man?
