Lonely's Pain

Here it is again
this lonliness
that forever haunts me.
How will I deal with it
this time when it's headed for
the heart and will stop at nothing?
It chews at my flesh
like a beast in the night
leaving not even bone to rebuild my structure,
but sparing my veins
to pump the pain high.
