And she’d like to know, Dad
If you’ll ever unlock that door.
In case you forgot, Dad
Eve is the girl that
You don’t care to love anymore.
Yes, she’s the one, Dad
Who turned down the ring, Dad
And spat in the face of that man.
They say she’s insane, Dad
That she can’t survive, Dad
But she thinks she very well can.
Eve says hello, Dad
And she surely knows, Dad:
You’ll never unlock that door.
Because if you do, Dad,
You won’t be a man, Dad.
For she will be free evermore.
