By Blood bone and breath I sentence thee
To burn in hell for eternity
To live forever in eternal pain
To always loose what you have gained
Burned in oil lashed by a whip
never agin to be kissed by life's lips
By blood bone and breath they sentenced me
to burn in hell for eternity
but they forgot the true me
my mind sent to wander
my heart sent to ponder
my perfect revenge
By blood bone and breath they sentenced me
only to forget the true me

he has rhyming issues, but nevertheless, By Blood, Bone, and Breath is one of my favorite poems of his.
