I miss you Grandpa

I miss you
I need you
I want to know what heaven is like
I miss being your number one

I wish you could be here
I like it when you’re near
I want to whisper in your ear
For only you to hear

I want to talk to you
And think of something to do
You know you want to
So please come through

It must be nice with all those angels
I miss all your nice bright smiles
It’s not fair that we’re apart
I miss you with all my heart

Please come back
We can run around the track
Being with you would be nice
It’s worth any price

We can go to the beach
So hurry up and come here
I remember the last time we danced
We did it as if it was our last chance.

I did this poem for my grandpa, who passed away like a year ago, I really hope you like it.
