So-Called Monster
Everything goes dark,
As your eyes glimpse the crimson red,
You fall to the floor,
The world goes dead,
The liquid flows,
Away towards the sea,
As you say goodbye,
To your humanity,
They drink their fill,
Have they left you to die?,
You start to feel ill,
As if something strange has taken over your insides,
You finally realize,
What this so-called monster has done,
They have taken you away,
From everyone,
To stay in darkness,
To long the taste of the forbidden,
But for now you must stay hidden,
What kind of monster did this you may ask,
And I shall reply the one who cannot bear the looking glass,
Is this tale over?,
Is this torture yet done?,
It is for you but not for everyone,
So for now I bid you adieu,
I say au revoir,
For I am hungry,
And if you don't depart you will end up as my snack bar.
